INNER WORK - HUMAN DESIGN - GENE KEYS - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Here is a short summary in english of the work I have been doing for may years. In human design, I am a 3/5 splenic projector, right angle cross of service n°3. What do I do? I offer services based on the use of Human Design and Genetic Keys, combined with a signature process I have developed since 2016:

  • Individual coaching in personal and professional development based on Human Design and Genetic Keys, used in a wider process I have developed over the years

  • Group programmes (career transition, entrepreneurial development, or inner personal journey)

  • Human Design courses (in French only so far)

  • Professional training in Human Design (in French only so far)

The core of the work I'm offering lays in the conviction that in order to develop oneself correctly, whether in our professional or personal lives, we must first and foremost learn to know ourselves, understand ourselves and embody our nature in depth. This comes as well with the need as well to learn to identify and break the hold your mental patterns have on you. It's a work that takes place over many years, progressively, even if at every level we can see immediate concrete results that can have a profound impact on our life, well-being and professional path.

Working on oneself, going a little further each day to meet oneself in its entirety, should be a philosophy of Life. At least that's what I do for people who are convinced of this! And I've got good news for you: it can be quite enjoyable (even if it does sting a bit sometimes), and can take many different forms :)


I am here to help you by guiding you through a process that will lead you to:

  • see yourself more clearly, by understanding your inner mechanics as well as the way in which you interact with the world around you

  • lean to accept yourself in all your lights and shadows

  • understand and learn to discern what is right and wrong for you, what supports you and what hinders you

  • develop autonomy to keep on going with your inner work after we are finished working together

  • connect the dots, find their meaning and give it a practical “texture”

  • connect or clarify your inspirations, your desires, your vision, your convictions


All this can happen by using my unique combination of Human Design, Gene Keys and the Exploring Happy process!


Who am I?

 
 
 

I am Helene Schmit, I am french (and fluent in english), born in 1980, and I have been guiding and mentoring people seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, and helped them translate this understanding in their personal and professional life, since 2016. First without Human Design and Gene keys and then progressively with them. I have guided hundreds of people in individual or group settings, mostly online. I also have been teaching human design in french since 2022. My human Design journey started in november 2015, so I am currently in my second 7 years cycle. It has been, and keeps on being quite an adventure!

Before that, I had a corporate career ticking most boxes of homogenized success, and I have escaped it after a gigantic burn-out in 2014 (if you need corporate “credential” you can of course check my linkedin profile). It took me some time to recover, and to learn the lessons, and Exploring Happy was born out of this process. From goo to chrysalid to this current version of my butterfly self.

The foundational philosophy of Exploring Happy is “Manage your Energy, not your time” and is combined with the strong conviction that we can only evolve and “thrive” in our true nature when we take full responsibility on ourselves. And that is something that you can learn (and that I help people learn and apply). From these 2 foundations, the first version of the Exploring Happy process was born gradually over the year 2016.

As said above, my human design journey started in november 2015, during a workshop in a coworking space in Ubud, Bali. Discovering my projector nature was a revelation, and explained SO MANY things! From there I have started my HD journey, diving for the first 2 years mostly into understanding my projector nature, and my strategy and authority, and checking here and there things about my profile, defined channels and checking the 1-0-1 about centers. And progressively I committed more and more deeply to the study of human design more broadly.

In parallel of this journey, my entrepreneurial journey unfolded, and naturally I experimented a lot in my business from the very beginning! And year after year I have let my business evolve through strategy and authority and experienced every aspect of business development, communication, “marketing”, service creation,… through the lense of HD (and many many trial and errors, and practical wisdom extracted from it that I now universalize). I finally met gene keys at the beginning of my 6th years, and it was a perfect timing as I was feeling like hitting a strong glass ceiling regarding my understanding of the gates. I will always remember december 2019 when I finally dove into it. It has been an invaluable addition to my personal (and professional) journey, and now gradually to my clients!
